Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• You received a damaged product.
• The product packaging was tampered with.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was leaking upon delivery.
• Your order was lost during transit.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
• Minor packaging wear caused during shipping.
• Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Ghrita by BRVE also reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
